  • You will receive a return authorization and further instructions within 48 hours.

• Pack and Ship:

  • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt.
  • Ship the return package to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Return Confirmation:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria.
  • You will receive an email notification confirming the status of your return.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed for items that are returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
